Tiga rahasia sederhana yang bisa dilakukan agar otak kita cerdas. Memakan makanan yang sesuai untuk perkembangan otak. Misalnya, makanan yang banyak mengandung antioxidant ( buah-buahan), omega3 (telur, ikan dll). Hindari lemak yang berlebihan. Olah raga otak. Otak juga butuh olah raga dengan cara mengisi TTS, rekreasi dan tentu saja berbagai jenis olah raga lainnya. Tidur yang cukup. Professor Fotini menyatakan bahwa sebagian besar manusia beraktifitas di siang hari, sehingga malam hari haruslah digunakan sebagai waktu tidur. Walau pun kita tertidur namun sel-sel otak tetap bekerja.
