I've performed about 4 times. Yeah, some of them are surely required for my personal qualification, and some are in order to accompany my colleagues.
I took the test at LIA
my score was ranged at 510 - 580.

i've done TOEFL test twice to be exact

the first one is (i forgot the institution name ) in 2002, and my score was 213 (computer based), it's above 550 i assume if it's done in paper based

second, i've done it in Singapore, in 2003, and the score was 225 (computer based)

i can't speaking english well. My last score at 430. but i'll try my best for it.

4 years ago I try to TOEIC classes for 8 month.
At TOEIC test, my scrore is 650! (still not believe!)
The fact is, I have good skills for commucate In English, but bad/modium skills in English text/write.

I took the test last year. I got 283 for the computer based test, equivalent to 656 for the paper based test. Its all because I studied overseas for 2 years. Trust me, studying overseas really helps to improve your english, as you are forced to use it everyday..

btw, a paper based TOEFL with score 656? wow.. I never know that the score can reach that number.

does any1 know where to do online toefl test? like, do they got any downloadable software or online test free to try? never tried the written one, and i dont think i ll try one. have to pay and my jobs dont really need that score. btw, high toefl score is not a guarantee for a good speaking skills. many ppl i meet can speak real well although their grammar sucks, but some people with high toefl score still suck in conversation its a plus tho if your field of works require it.

My TOEFL test score 397 and I must more than 400 . It is hard to pas test TOEFL.

put it simply you doing the paper based in computer that's as far as i remembered. both have a slight difference, but i couldn't remember the difference, sory and the last part of computer based TOEFL test is writing an essay CMIIW

and yep, your absolutely right my bro i've also experienced living in Singapore 5 years ago, and everyday i keep listening the word 'lah', 'kan', etc kinda irritating to be heared actually *singlish beibeh*

most of Singaporean speaks with Singlish accent, but in some institution, despite the Singaporean worker, they speak with a nice-to-hear accent

The official highest score is 670, right? Well, please revise me if I'm wrong- So I guess over 550 is already acceptable, though my university asks for 500 as a minimum score to pass....

Last time i tested it was when i'm still in highschool....

I've been took TOEFL-like 3 times, and my score not moving from 480 position...

i see all you guys have very high score in both TOEFL and IELTS, so why don't we just applicated it into this forum by using corret grammar and writing, and of course it will be vry useful for us specially when some has correct our mistakes, we obviously can learn from that.

I never experience the real TOEFL test. But I believe the result of TOEFL test is really describing our ability in understanding English. TOEFL is not something for us to practice. The result of TOEFL test is not getting better if we r not trying to improve our English, right?

I received 110 at the IBT test. I think it was quite an achievement. (no intention to brag about it, really)
