Anybody knows the meaning of "quote and unquote" in Indonesia? Thanks for your help

I would make it simple, maybe "mengutip/tidak mengutip" sounds more familiar

Normally this phrase would be used to verbally represent the usage of quotes in a sentance.

For example if I would write: Soekarno once told a US ambassador: "Go to hell with your aid".
(spoken) it would be: Soekarno once told a US ambassador quote Go to hell with your aid unquote
