o Well understand micr*soft Windows Product ( XP,Office Applications incl MS Outlook & etc )

3. HelpDesk Agent ( HD - 01 )

o Experience with enterprise backup solutions is preferred

9. Backup & Recover Support ( BRS – 01 )
o Minimum 2 years of experience in Backup & Recovery
o Detailed hands on experience with Veritas and legato backup software and disk tape storage system
o Knowledge of the SAN and NAS
o Hands on experience with fiber channel and iSCSI SANs. Knowledge with various backup hardware platforms and architecture
o Working technical knowledge of various platforms such as Windows server and UNIX
o Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience
o Experience with disaster recovery processes and techniques
10. Internet / Intranet & Messaging System Support ( IMSS - 01 )
o Minimum 3 years of experience in internet/intranet & messaging system

o Minimum 2 years with Data Center Facilities Management related work
o Good knowledge in Electricity power and fire protection system for data center ( including UPS and AC )
o Experience in managing large data center with full facilities
13. Programmer / Software Engineer ( Programmer – 01 )
o Minimum 3 years experience in computer programming field
o University degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering
o Languages : ASP.Net,C#,MS SQL Server,XML,PHP,Java,C++,Perl
o Knowledge of micr*soft/Oracle ERP is a plus
o Multiple platform experience desired including Windows and Linux
