Tomb Raider 4: The Last Revelation

the ubiquitous Lara Croft is back. After multiple appearances on the PlayStation, the aging icon is back to face her "last revelation" before moving on to the PlayStation2. This installment has everything that earlier Tomb Raider games had: physical puzzles, a sufficient arsenal, and lots of exploration, but this time in Egypt.

Lara returns with her old slate of moves plus a few new ones. She can climb, crawl, dangle, swing from ropes, and leap. Revolvers, crossbows, and Uzis are Lara's weapons of choice, and she can combine these with ammo she picks up along the way. Lara also will take control of speedy vehicles for some sweat- wrenching chases through the desert.

The story reveals Lara's roots as a young protégé of Professor Werner Von Croy. A training level puts players in the role of a pigtailed child Croft, getting newcomers accustomed to the controls, after which Lara regains her distinctly grown-up form. While Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation doesn't do much that's new, the old formula works well, although the pace still might be a little too slow for action fans. --Robb Guido

Prince of Persia 3D

The third game in the series, Prince of Persia 3D was released in 1999. This was the first 3D version of Prince of Persia, but continued in the same vein as the original two games. To illustrate, it had the same lilting Middle Eastern music, the same smooth animation (but in 3D), excellent graphics, a romantic storyline and the same action-adventure-puzzles-traps.

Prince of Persia 3D starts with a belly dance: the Prince and his father-in-law have been invited by Assan, the brother of the Prince’s father-in-law. The dance ends with the belly dancer killing the Prince’s personal bodyguards and the Prince himself being imprisoned in Assan’s dungeons. Apparently, the Princess’ father, the Sultan, had promised long ago that the Princess would be given away in marriage to Assan’s son, Rugnor.

Rugnor is an interesting creature: half man and half tiger, he is ruthless, cruel to the teeth and covets the Princess. He is also very powerful and a master Swordsman as well. The Prince has to escape from the dungeons and chase Rugnor, as he carries the Princess away. The Prince has to fight his way through several levels including the unique Dirigible levels. The game is also unique in the Prince of Persia series, in that the Prince has a choice of 4 weapons: the Sword, a long Staff for long-range combat, Double Blades for close combat and the Bow and Arrow (with various magical arrows).

Knights of the Temple

An evil Bishop has abducted Adelle, a mysterious young woman with divine powers. Hellgate: London comes on a DVD9 and uses micr*soft Installer. That means you have to edit the MSI files, make two ISO filesystems and add disc labels that match the MSI file. If you've done conversions like this, it nothing new.

Part 1: Temp folder.

Copy the entire Hellgate DVD's contents to a temporary directory on your hard drive. That will require around 7gb.

Part 2: Edit the MSI files

You have to edit BOTH of the MSI files in the root of your temp folder. Make sure they're not read-only, so you can save changes.

Open the file in Orca and go to the "Media" section. Edit the table like this:

On DiskID columns 1-8, change VolumeLabel to "HELLGATE1".

On DiskID columns 9-13, change VolumeLabel to "HELLGATE2"

Remember to do this on both MSI files.

I am using a shorter label because Nero7 and UltraISO both choke on the original one.

If you can't change the values, it's because the file is read-only.

Now save the files. Make sure you've done it to both MSI files.

Part 3: Create the ISO files.

Now open your favorite ISO maker application to make the ISOs.

DISC 1

Make a new ISO with the label "HELLGATE1". Include the entire temp folder's contents, then remove some files on the compilation, which are found in "\ProgramFiles\Flagship Studios\Hellgate London\Data\":

Don't remove any other files in this folder.

Now make an optional folder in the compilation for NoCD cracks, updates and your serial number. There's more than enough room.

The file compilation should be close to 4055MB (3.96gb) with cracks. Save it to an ISO file. You have now made disc 1.

DISC 2

Make a new ISO with the label "HELLGATE2". Include the entire Hellgate DVD's contents, then remove some files on the compilation, which are found in "\ProgramFiles\Flagship Studios\Hellgate London\Data\":

Half Life 2 Episode One

Half-Life 2: Episode One is the first of a series of stand-alone episodes based on HL2, the popular and acclaimed shooter epic. This episode takes place right after the events in HL2, and you and Alyx will flee from City 17, fighting against creatures who were previous blocked from enetering the city.
The Citadel you assaulted in HL2 is tumbling into chaos, and this event will have catastrophic effects on the surrounding area, prompting your escape. Secondary characters Alyx and Dog will have a much more significant role in this follow-up.

The new Pro Evolution Soccer has over 3000 licensed players, and Fully Licensed Leagues & teams from Serie A (Italy), Liga Espanola (Spain), & Eredivisie (Holland). So this new PES has definitely improved on the License front. There's also full leagues of England, France & Germany. Also there is a revamped Master League, and this time you don't have to start with them stupid rubbish Default players, you can start with the proper team!!! Still if you want a challenge you can choose to start the ML with the default players. Another thing you can create your very own team, and play against the world in the Master League, and you get to swap the Default players, for half-decent ones! It's not just the master league that's changed in the Edit mode, you get to edit or change the player's goal celebrations! Another feature is the PES Shop, you acquire points to unlock bonuses!

Game Information

PES 6 will once again feature the graphical and gameplay tweaks that enable each new title to play completely differently from previous incarnations. The shooting system has been the subject of extensive retouching, now enabling players to pull off much more accurate snap shots as well as being able to exert a much larger feeling of control when going for quick half volleys or difficult full volleys.

The intelligence of players has seen a marked improvement. For example, players now make more realistic runs into space, often pointing where they would like the ball played. The physical aspect has also been beefed up, with strikers using their sheer presence to turn defenders and likewise, the defenders stepping a yard away to enable them to force players away from goal and not letting them spin into dangerous positions.

PES 6 also has a number of new teams licensed for inclusion, with the International roster now featuring the official kits for Argentina, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain and Sweden. New gameplay modes have been added and features like the much loved Master League mode also returns, together with a host of new tricks, feints and animations that can be used to bamboozle your opposition.

As well as the first step into next generation gaming with a dedicated Xbox 360 version bringing with it an impressive array of online features, PS2 and PC owners will also feel the benefit of a brand new online system, enabling up to eight players to play simultaneously through four linked systems.

PSP owners will also see marked improvements as the Master League option has now been added by popular demand and for the first time, DS owners will get to play PES wherever they are. However, the handheld versions will also feature a revised camera angle, to make it easier to view the action on the smaller screens, without losing any of the gameplay

Pro Evolution Soccer 2008

PES 2008 will feature a brand new intelligence system, called Teamvision,
that adapts and reacts to players own gameplay styles to ensure that the
computer controlled opponents are always challenging and forcing the player
to think and change their style of play to avoid being out-thought by the
game. It will learn counter attacks that target your weaknesses and look to
exploit any repetitive tactics players use.

Defenders react better to danger, closing down the ball and charging at
shots and the goalkeepers will hold shots that are closer to them as well.
Teammates will make more intelligent runs into space and the close control
has been sharpened to ensure quick and fluid passing and speedy attacks can
be built. The next gen versions will also feature extensive edit modes so
players can completely customise their PES 2008 experience.
