1. Jgn kebanyakan mkn yg mengandung glukosa (nasi), glukosa cpt di serap tubuh, jd cepet laper lg... 2. Banyakin mkn yg mengandung protein (daging), protein lama di serapnya di dlm tubuh, jd ngga cpt laper 3. Jgn kebanyakan minum air putih, yg ada ntar kencing mulu
